Cut off a bottom from a small bottle, remove cap (air must be able to flow, otherwise it'll be hard to put a dick inside). Put A sock inside, then put a condom with lubricant inside between two warm, soaked sponges. Put them into Your bottle and wrap the top of a condom around. It is very hard to make it hold on place, so I rolled a sock a little bit. As You see, I ve also added a plastic bag between condom and sponges, cause I have ultra thin one and its to thin, not realistic feeling, cause You feel a sponge too much.
